8. Refund Policy

Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Below is a summary of our refund terms by service type.

8.1 Professional Legal Services

Due to the personalized nature of legal services, once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Unused retainer balances may be refunded upon written request before work begins. In certain situations, services may be transferred to another party with mutual consent. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

8.2 Electronic Information Products

Digital products delivered electronically may be refunded within 7 days of delivery if a defect or material discrepancy is reported. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact Form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Transfers or replacements of digital products are not available.

8.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Customized goods are non-returnable due to their nature.

9. Modifications

AgentLawLab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site.
